About Me
I started as a graduate trainee at 23, going on to work across newsrooms, live television, digital platforms, interviews and documentaries.
I learned how to turn complex information into clear stories, communicate under pressure and bring out the best in people.
That experience now shapes how I work with organisations.
One of my documentaries, Football’s Hidden Talent, was shortlisted for an Asian Media Award. I also spent four years chairing the Sky Sports Ethnicity & Inclusion Network, working with colleagues and leadership on diversity, culture and inclusion.
My Approach
I believe communication skills are developed through practice, not just theory.
My workshops use realistic scenarios, discussion, filmed exercises and feedback to help people communicate more effectively in situations they face at work.
At the heart of my approach is the Trolley Problem Framework, which explores how people communicate and make decisions when the pressure is on.
The aim is simple: give people communication skills they can use immediately.
A Bit More About Me
I’m married, live in West London and occasionally work as a wedding toastmaster. I enjoy theatre, vegetarian restaurants, conferences and meeting new people.
And yes, I’m a Tottenham fan.
