You provide the information directly via the contact form. The form content is delivered to our secure mailbox (Microsoft 365) and is not stored in the website database.

All suppliers are selected for GDPR compliance; data is stored on UK or EU servers, so no international transfers occur.
Enquiry emails: 12 months after our final correspondence, then deleted from the mailbox and any backups.
