• Email service provider (Microsoft 365) – hosts our inbox.

All suppliers are selected for GDPR compliance; data is stored on UK or EU servers, so no international transfers occur.

6. How long we keep it

• Enquiry emails: 12 months after our final correspondence, then deleted from the mailbox and any backups.

• Server logs containing your IP address: up to 14 days for security troubleshooting.
